Dukascopy has been in the forex industry
since 1998 when they created their first trading platform. In 2004,
they opened their own brokerage house. Based in Switzerland, the company
holds treasures the importance of individual rights of confidentiality.
Dukascopy also has their own online television programming (shown below)
which provides trading news, forecasts, and signals. There are shows
that cover Support and Resistance levels, Sentiment Index, Central Bank
Outlook, and other reports.
Dukascopy has three different types of trading platforms from
which to choose from. They have the java platform which is designed for
manual trading. The JForex Platform is geared more towards programmers
who would like to create their own trading strategies based on Java
Language. The web platform is a combination of all three platforms.
Dukascopy also offers API integration to all their forex
traders The minimum to fund a brokerage account with them is $10,000, so
this is not for the small time trader. Deposits can be made through wire
transfers.

According to the general online consensus
(where research is based on unbiased, non-vested comments & articles),
traders are extremely pleased with the service that Dukascopy
provides. Their spreads are some of the lowest in the industry. Their
technical support is top-notch,, which has 24/7 support straight from the
platform via Skype.
Since this is a high-end broker, the deposit
is really steep ($10,000). This is the only negative I've heard about
Dukascopy. Everything else about this broker is first rate.
Also, being an ECN, you can be relaxed knowing that they are not trading
against you.
Verdict:
If you can afford the steep deposit,
Dukascopy is about as good as it gets when it comes to forex
brokers.
