Surefire Trading Challenge i s, instead of one trading system, it is a subscription service that sends their subscribers a supposedly new poriftable and tested trading system every month.

Evwet new system is taught through the use of the both e-book and manual. Each trader that who competed in the trading competion has two different systems that are taught.

There were 569 traders who competed and the 6 traders who had the highest monthly rate of return were chosen. The trading methodologies range from 1 minute time frames to 4 hour time frames.

According to the website, the traders who participated in the challenge had monthly rate of returns ranging from 156% to 2,307%.

According to the general online consensus (where research is based on unbiased, non-vested comments & articles), that there really isn't a whole lot of information being presented with the systems. According to some traders, most of the systems use common trading methods like combining indicators such as moving averages MACD, etc...

I really couldn't find too many traders that were blown away with the quality of the systems. It also would have been better if the traders who participated in the challenge traded from live accounts, instead of demos. Also a month is not enough time to see if the systems can hold up for the long term.
